There is no specific cure and treatment recommended for Alzheimer’s. So, it is much needed to take care of the lifestyle and adopt prevention to keep yourself protected from this severe condition. Increased physical activity up to 150 or 160 minutes per week is compelled to adopt as prevention. Cognitive training and blood pressure control can release stress and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. Health food, including vegetables and fruits, plays a vital role against dementia.
It has been recommended that if a person is more prone to Alzheimer’s because of genetic factors, then he should ignore smoking and alcohol to protect the lungs and heart. These preventions can help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s that should be adopted because of no promising cure.

There is an estimation that around 12.7 million will be affected due to dementia and Alzheimer’s. It will happen by 2050 in 65 or 65 plus people if neglected uncontrolled and undiagnosed. Alzheimer’s is not acute just for memory loss, but its severe symptoms and causes can actually lead to death.
